- Each person will participate in a small group of no more than ten people
- Groups will engage in 15 weekly discussions of materials contained in the program text, followed by group sharing if participants so choose
- Each weekly session typically lasts 2-1/2 hours
- Each person will create a multi-generational genogram
- Each person will complete a Meyers Briggs Personality Type Indicator
